Peace, Harmony, and Puddy Cats

Transforming a plain shirt could never be easier than this. Start with a design. Print out mine if you like. Use a LED light board to project the design through the fabric, and trace it onto your garment with a disappearing ink marker. Pull out your permanent markers and acrylic paint pens, and start coloring! I’ve included links to the LED light board and disappearing ink marker that I use. Bic and Sharpie are my go-to permanent markers, and Zeyar is the brand of acrylic paint pen I used on this shirt.

Just a Little Monkeying Around

I found this crazy t-shirt on a clearance rack at Bershka. It was the last one they had, but it wasn’t my size. Orange doesn’t happen to be a great color on me either, but that didn’t stop me from buying it, and I am so glad I did. I ended up ironing fusible interfacing to the back of the orange monkey t-shirt, cutting out the monkeys, and sewing them to JW Anderson/Uniqlo linen t-shirts. The resulting three t-shirts are more wearable than the original and surprisingly on-trend for Summer.
